Eliminazione della dichiarazione rilasciata dal richiedente agli uffici UOII degli Ispettorati Territoriali, eliminazione del versamento annuo di 12 euro. Con l'art. 38, comma 1, lett. g) del citato decreto legge n. 76 viene soppresso l’obbligo di rendere la dichiarazione, agli Ispettorati Territoriali del MISE, di cui all’art. 145 del codice delle comunicazioni per gli apparati in banda cittadina - CB e assimilati (apparati PMR 446 sono assimilati agli apparati CB) e pertanto sono abrogati i commi 3 e 4 del medesimo art. 145. È inoltre abrogato il comma 2 dell’art. 37 dell’allegato 25 al codice. Per effetto delle predette disposizioni non risulta più dovuto il versamento del contributo annuo di euro 12,00 previsto dalle normative interessate dalle modifiche in argomento.

Elimination of the declaration issued by the applicant to the UOII offices of the Territorial Inspectorates, elimination of the annual payment of 12 euros. With the art. 38, paragraph 1, letter. g) of the aforementioned legislative decree no. 76, the obligation to make the declaration to the MISE Territorial Inspectorates referred to in art. 145 of the communications code for citizen band devices - CB and similar (PMR 446 devices are similar to CB devices) and therefore paragraphs 3 and 4 of the same art. 145. Paragraph 2 of the art. is also repealed. 37 of annex 25 to the code. As a result of the aforementioned provisions, the payment of the annual contribution of €12.00 required by the regulations affected by the changes in question is no longer due.
